Admissions and Registration

If you have now looked at out website and decided that you would like to come and take a tour of our nursery, you can do this by telephoning 01207 528581 and asking to speak to the nursery manager who will be more than happy to arrange a time for your tour.

During the tour you will be given all of the information about Little Feet Day Nursery, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions, meet the staff,other parents and see what we have to offer the children, Mother, Fathers and Carers.

If you then decide you would like to place your child with us at Little Feet Nursery, all you need to do is fill in a booking form. You will be required to pay a £50 deposit to secure your childs place at nursery, but this will be refunded on your final bill, providing notice has been given.

We will then book some induction visits for your child to aid the settling in process, these will be free of charge.
You will be required to stay for the first visit as you will be require to fill in some neccessary paper work which we will require for our records.
For the second vist we suggest that you stay for the first half of the hour long visit and leave for the second, this allows your child to adapt to his/her surroundings and bond with the staff and children.
For the final visit we reccomend that you drop the child off as you would on a normal session and collect one hour later, this show the child that you may be leavin, but you will return to collect them.
(There is no set limit to how many induction visits you attend,if you feel your child requires more, this can be catered for.)

Once the forms have been correctly filled in and signed you will be issued with your parent hand book Exclusion for illness policy informantion and our EY number that you may require for Tax Credits purposes.

In addition we will ask you to complete an initial questionnaire regarding your thoughts and feelings about Littlefeet and your suggestions for any improvements.
